Donation Wars is provided as an overlay tool for streamers and their viewers. You may only use it for lawful purposes that do not violate the rules.

Donations are processed by third-party donation services. Donation Wars does not store bank card data and does not issue refunds on behalf of streamers.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Fraud, harassment, exploits, and attempts to influence the arena outside the normal donation mechanics are prohibited.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided “as is.” Donation Wars is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from its use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
